At Radhe Radhe Art and Craft, every piece is handcrafted with love in the heart of Agra. Because our products are handmade and sustainable, we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order has been processed.

By purchasing from us, you are supporting artisanal craftsmanship, and we ask that you review your choices carefully before completing your order.

Damages and Issues

We take great pride in our quality, but we understand things can happen during transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Eligibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at care@radheradheartandcraft.com.

  • Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or a solution to make it right.

  • Proof Required: Please include your receipt and clear photos of the damage/wrong item in your email.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our sustainable handcrafting process, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Change of Mind: As these are handmade items, we cannot accept returns because you no longer want the item.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales on these items are final.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you are happy with your decor is to reach out to us with any questions before purchasing. Since we do not accept standard returns, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part:

  1. We will notify you once we’ve inspected the evidence provided.

  2. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at care@radheradheartandcraft.com.
